 « Amour et Chocolat »

"Love and Chocolate" In Corr èze, at 16 years  olded Janette,saleswoman, meet Michel, apprentice pastrycook, it made good cakes (dixit). Some cakes further, they were found in Saumur with for any luggage two bags and a camp-site gas. The owner of a pastry making offers to Michel a management, his employer "throws it" with a 30 days notice.Michel assumes for one month, all alone two productions, it does not crack and all started.
Janette learns to decore first Easter chocolated eggs manufactured by Michel.
25 years each one, without means and animated of a wild will to succeed in the universe of the Chocolate, it is the beginning of a passion

 « Vivre sa passion »

“To live its passion”    After Saumur, it was Saint Pierre on Dives (already Calvados and Low Normandy) during 7 years, then Boulogne Billancourt and the Paris area.  From Corrèze to Paris, only strongest reaches that point.  During these years, Janette wants all to know, all to include/understand Chocolate, it reaches that point so well it becomes intervening for the National Institute of Bakery Pastry making of Rouen and from there will give courses and conferences in Marseilles, in Luxembourg… Itinerant of the Chocolate, Michel only assumes and suffers from it.  Free Janette I.N.B.P and the couple specializes in Caen. 100% chocolate.

“Chocolate, family and professional life”    Janette and Michel are “spontaneous” chocolate sellers, on the other hand their 3 children share their passion and intend to make perdurer and increase their companies, while keeping this so expensive artisanal quality assurance to their parents.
